Deposit: A 50% deposit is required when placing a reservation beyond 14 days of check-in. For reservations less than 14 days, a 100% deposit is required and is non-refundable.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Cottage check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out during July and August is 11:00 am. Spring & Fall check-out is extended to 1:00 pm.
